The Dragon Scroll, opened at last

A slapstick premise that turned out to have a real film underneath it. The scroll everyone spends the entire first film fighting over is blank, a mirror, and the answer is that there was never anything in it. Oogway hid nothing, because there was nothing to hide.

That should be a cheat and it is not, because the film has already shown you the same idea in the noodle shop: Mr Ping’s secret ingredient soup has no secret ingredient either. It tells you the ending in act one and you still do not see it coming.
