The job behind the campus apps below: three production App Store apps I own and ship for the Student Center.
- Reach 100K+ installs and 3.2M+ lifetime sessions across three production App Store apps I own and ship: UCI Now, ZOTFinder and UCI Esports.
- Cut load times 40% by rebuilding UCI Now and ZOTFinder from UIKit into SwiftUI with async/await structured concurrency and a full redesign, extending both apps to iPad, Mac and Vision Pro.
- Raised reliability, cutting ZOTFinder crashes 85% (10.4K to under 1.5K a month) by refactoring legacy code.
- Own 20+ CocoaPods dependencies (Google Maps, Firebase, Alamofire, SwiftyJSON) in both UIKit apps.
- Launched UCI Esports 1.0 as sole iOS developer: ggLeap REST APIs for live PC reservations, Google Calendar event feeds, UCINetID authentication with guest mode, and backend profile sync.

iOS App Development Teacher · STEM Heroes Academy
The teaching job from senior year of high school, carried through both college years.
- Launched the academy’s first iOS App Development course as its youngest instructor, teaching Swift, Swift Playgrounds and SwiftUI to 30+ students aged 8–14, who each shipped a working app over the two years.

- Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimise performance.
- Integrate real-time campus data, location services and APIs, working with campus departments.

Co-Founder & Vice President · Muslim Tech Collaborative
- Co-founded the UCI chapter of MTC, a national organisation empowering Muslims in tech through education, professional development, community projects and workshops.
- Lead and manage every project-based initiative: client consulting, technical workshops, and beginner development programmes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams building websites, tools and apps for masjids, nonprofits and Muslim-owned businesses.
- Moved up through the chapter: VP of Workshops, then VP of Projects, and now Vice President.
